Description
Square’s outbound messaging platform was powerful but bare. Two channels, a handful of formats, and not enough surface area for product teams to switch off the tools they already had. I worked closely with product teams to expand the system to fit their needs — new formats, new channels, workflows improvements for content & localization using AI, until it became the default for product teams across Square.

Description
Sales teams move fast, but their tools don’t. Reps were switching between systems, manually sourcing leads, building quotes from scratch, and losing time to steps that shouldn’t require a human. I designed an agentic platform to collapse that friction, starting with three workflows: an AI chat assistant to prospect and route inbound leads, a conversational quote generator that drafts, validates, and submits for approval, and a lead sourcing tool that searches, filters, and enriches results automatically.
